Our professional photographer will pick you up and take you on a northern lights photography tour.
The northern lights shimmer across Arctic skies in waves of green, violet, and soft white, moving silently above snow-covered landscapes. Created when charged particles from the sun collide with gases in Earth’s atmosphere, this natural phenomenon feels almost otherworldly—an ever-changing display that invites you to pause, look up, and experience a rare moment of awe and connection.
You will travel to a great local lookout, a short distance from the retreat to find and learn how to photograph this amazing phenomenon. You will need to bring your own camera, with manual settings, a tripod, and memory cards. Refreshments, warm drinks and Fika (coffee/ tea and cake) are served during the evening. Duration 2.5 hours. For photography enthusiasts.
