Additional Services around check-in and check-out

Standard Check-in:
Guests are scheduled to check-in from 15:00. This is the default time unless a different time is arranged in advance.

Standard Check-out:
Guests are expected to check-out by 11:00 a.m. This is the default time unless a different time is specifically arranged in advance.

Late Check-out:
If a guest requests a later check-out (after 11:00 a.m.), the request must be arranged in advance. The cost is net 1000 SEK per extra hour.

Early Check-in
If a guest requires an earlier check-in (before the standard 15:00), the request must be arranged in advance. The cost is net 1000 SEK per extra hour.

Waiting Before Check-in or After Check-out
Guests may wait in our restaurant/lounge or take a walk before 15:00 (check-in) or after 11:00 (check-out). No extra fee applies beyond the lunch charge if they are simply waiting.

Alternative Tours/Activities Option:
Guests can add a tour or activity to fill any extra waiting time in case of early arrival or late departure. Alternative tours or activities are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

Meals on Arrival/Departure

Lunch
If lunch is likely requested on the day of arrival or departure, it can be added to the quote. It is normally served between 11:30 and 13:30. The cost is net 450 sek per person.

Arctic Snack platter
Recommended to be served at our sit down check-in in the restaurant. It can, though, be added at any time, but usually between 13:00 and 15:00. After 15:00, it may need to be served in the guest’s cabin. The cost is 300 SEK per person. Includes Sami Gahkko Bread with a choice of reindeer, trout, or vegetarian spread (depending on dietary preferences) and tea/coffee/lingon juice.
