Summer and Autumn Experiences
In the Summer and Autumn there is a fantastic range of guided activities from Arctic Retreat. They are all led by our local activity partners who live close by and provide a very high level of service, professionalism and importantly fun. The activities have a cost per person and are private for the prices shown. We recommend that you plan a maximum of one of these each day you are staying to ensure you also have plenty of time to enjoy life at the Retreat. Longer activities during the day include lunch or fika. Fika being the ritual Swedish version of morning or afternoon tea.
If you are experienced in nature you are also welcome to use our fat-bikes, or canoes or fishing equipment while you are with us. Explore the wilderness around Arctic Retreat on your own. Enjoy the beauty of the scenery, the tranquility of the forest, come into harmony with our nature and perhaps even see some of the local wildlife. Your host will show you how to use the fat bikes, canoes and fishing equipment as well as provide you with information about the local hiking trails.
Each nights stay includes one of a half day use of fat bikes or a half day use of canoes (2 per canoe) or
use of our fishing rods and lures (a local fishing licence is a small extra cost).
